Receiving an incorrect username and password Error Message?

Nothing happening when clicking GO button?
This could be an issue with your security settings. Our online ordering system requires your internet settings to allow new windows to open and cookies to be set. To check your computer settings please do the following:

Using Internet Explorer:
Firstly we need to check that new windows are being allowed.
In the menu bar at the top of your screen, click on the word "Tools", this will make a drop down list of further options appear.
On the drop down list, click on the bottom item "Internet Options".

A new options window will now open, click on the "Privacy" tab at the top of this window.
In the "Pop-up Blocker" section of this window, check if there is a tick in the box next to the words "Turn on Pop-up Blocker". If not, then you don't need to do anything else to this setting, as new windows are already allowed so click on the "Ok" or "Cancel" button. If there is a tick in this box then you will need to specify that you want to allow new windows for just our site. To do this, click on the "Settings" button.


Another screen will now be displayed asking you to enter the website address to allow.
Type "www.actonprint.com.au" into the text box underneath the words "Address of website to allow:", then click on the "Add" button. This should then place the actonprint address into the "Allowed Sites:" text box.


Click on the "Close" button. The "Internet Options" window will still be open so then click on the "Ok" button to close this and save the new settings. New windows should now be allowed for the actonprint website.

If new windows are allowed but login to the online ordering system is still not working then the next thing to check is whether cookies are allowed to be set. Our site uses cookies to keep track of your login information when using the online ordering system. To make sure cookies are allowed for the actonprint site again go to the "Tools" menu option at the top of the screen. Then again select "Internet Options".
In the new window that opens, select the "Security" tab at the top. Then click on the big green tick with "Trusted Sites" written underneath, then the "Sites" button".


This will open another window where you need to type "www.actonprint.com.au" into the text box underneath "Add this website to the zone:".
Make sure that there is no tick in the box next to the words "Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone". If there is a tick, then click on it to remove it.
Then click on the "Add" button and the site will be moved into the "Websites:" text box.


Click on the "Close" button. The "Internet Options" window will still be open so then click on the "Ok" button to close this and save the new settings. Cookies should now be allowed for the actonprint website.

Using Mozilla Fireox:
Firstly we need to check that new windows are being allowed.
In the menu bar at the top of your screen, click on the word "Tools", this will make a drop down list of further options appear.
On the drop down list, click on the bottom item "Options".

A new options window will now open, click on the "Content" option at the top of this window.
Look at the first check box on this screen next to the words "Block popup windows". If there is no tick in this box you don't need to do anything else to this setting, as new windows are already allowed so click on the "Ok" or "Cancel" button. If there is a tick in this box then you will need to specify that you want to allow new windows for just our site. To do this, click on the "Exceptions" button.


Another screen will now be displayed asking you to enter the website address to allow.
Type "www.actonprint.com.au" into the text box underneath the words "Address of website:", then click on the "Allow" button. This should then place the actonprint address into the bigger text box below.


Click on the "Close" button. The "IOptions" window will still be open so then click on the "Ok" button to close this and save the new settings. New windows should now be allowed for the actonprint website.

If new windows are allowed but login to the online ordering system is still not working then the next thing to check is whether cookies are allowed to be set. Our site uses cookies to keep track of your login information when using the online ordering system. To make sure cookies are allowed for the actonprint site again go to the "Tools" menu option at the top of the screen. Then again select "Options".
In the new window that opens, select the "Privacy" option at the top. Then look for the check box saying "Accept cookies from sites". If there is already a tick in this box then cookies are already allowed, so click "Ok" or "Cancel" button.


This will open another window where you need to type "www.actonprint.com.au" into the text box underneath "Add this website to the zone:".
Make sure that there is no tick in the box next to the words "Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone". If there is a tick, then click on it to remove it.
Otherwise you can choose whether to allow cookies for all sites or just allow for the actonprint website. If allowing for all sites, simply place a tick into this check box, then click the "Ok" button to save changes. If you want to only allow cookies for the acton site, click on the "Exceptions" button. This will open a new window where you need to type "www.actonprint.com.au" into the address text box, and then click on the "Allow" button. Then click on the "Close" button.
The "Options" window will still be open so then click on the "Ok" button to close this and save the new settings. Cookies should now be allowed for the actonprint website.

Still having problems?
If you have updated your internet settings to allow both new window pop ups and cookies and are still having issues then you may need to contact your network administrator to see if you have restrictions on your network for these options.
